People Partner - Technology

📋 Description

• Provide data-led coaching and guidance to people managers on performance management, career
• Lead the end-to-end rollout of core People & Culture initiatives, including Annual Reviews
• Track, analyze, and drive key talent metrics—including attrition and promotion rates—to identify
• Partner directly with the People Relations team and business leaders as a neutral advocate to
• Identify workflow and lifecycle friction points to streamline internal People & Culture

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Behavior, Business Administration or
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience directly managing and supporting end-to-end employee
• Proven experience operating within a fast-paced, high-growth technology corporate environment
• Documented experience designing, standing up, or implementing AI-enabled talent strategies
