  • Act as trusted advisor to regional managers on HR topics and guide HR strategy as we scale
  • Provide support to employees and managers on HR topics across their lifecycle with Benefits, Compensation, etc.
  • Collaborate with management to foster a high-performance culture and manage performance and ER per local law
  • Partner with Benefits, Compensation, and Finance to build scalable programs to attract, retain, and grow talent
  • Coordinate with People Infra, Integrity, Legal, and Compliance to ensure proper office infrastructure
  • Ensure compliance with local laws including immigration and background checks with specialist teams

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in HR, People Operations, Employee Relations, or related fields
  • Experience at a global company; fluency with Japan/APAC HR policies
  • Experience at tech companies, startups, or fast-paced environments
  • Fluent in Japanese and English
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to navigate employment law and compliance
