People & Performance Partner

📋 Description

• Establishing people processes, rhythms, docs for a new market team
• Coaching managers on feedback, performance, development, and early employee relations matters
• Owning onboarding quality so new hires understand the mission, operating model, culture
• Running people logistics — systems, documentation, compliance, and employee information
• Supporting market-entry ops: office setup, field logistics, vendors, fleet
• Feeding signal back to People, Talent, Commercial, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a People Partner, HRBP, or generalist people role
• Strong judgment across performance, manager coaching, and employee relations
• Experience building people processes, workflows, and operating rhythms
• Operational discipline and attention to detail
• Clear, direct communication in Spanish and English
• Cultural fluency in Argentina and/or Uruguay
