🎯 Requirements

10+ years in People Ops, HR Ops, or related field.
5+ years leading managers and operational teams.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale process transformation.
Strong HR tech background (Workday or similar HRIS, case management, workflow tools).
Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or operational excellence methodology expertise.
Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
