📋 Description

• Support the design, launch, and execution of Sierra’s core people programs including onboarding
• Partner closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders on company-wide people programs
• Advise and support employees and leaders by providing clear guidance on people policies, programs
• Use data and insights to measure, iterate, and evolve programs, while staying ahead of trends in

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Programs, People Operations, or a related people-focused function
• Experience designing and scaling people programs across the employee lifecycle in fast-moving
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills — able to partner effectively with
• Exceptional program and project management capability, with the ability to drive complex
• Analytical and systems-thinking mindset, comfortable using data, tooling, and process design to
