🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a similar analytical
• Hands-on experience with salary benchmarking, compensation structures, salary reviews, or bonus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make Excel or Google Sheets do some pretty impressive
• A good understanding of the Lithuanian employment and compensation landscape.
• Confidence to work with stakeholders, ask the right questions, and challenge decisions
• A strong sense of fairness, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information
