People Programs Specialist

📋 Description

• Run company-wide onboarding cohorts end to end, from pre-start logistics through day one
• Host and facilitate onboarding sessions to give every new hire a strong foundation before
• Coordinate IT, Workplace and Talent to prepare for new hires' first day
• Partner with Strategic Operations on handoff into function-specific onboarding
• Track completion, new hire survey results and manager-reported ramp, and report trends to Head of
• Operate manager development program including cohort scheduling, communication, facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on program management in People programs, onboarding, learning and
• Experience running a company-wide onboarding program or comparable recurring program, with
• Experience coordinating vendors, budgets and external facilitators
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail across multiple simultaneous programs
• Ability to independently own high-volume, time-sensitive processes and resolve problems
• Comfort with data, including survey results, completion analytics and spreadsheets
