• Drive People projects from idea to execution, taking ownership of coordinating and delivering
• Bring structure and clarity by creating actionable project plans, establishing priorities, tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, with proven ability to coordinate and deliver
• HR Operations experience, with an understanding of People processes and the operational realities
• Fluency in English to a professional business level, both spoken and written.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration: builds positive relationships
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with ownership and accountability: takes initiative, works
• Problem-solving, decision-making and continuous improvement: approaches challenges pragmatically
