📋 Description

• Handle day-to-day people relations activities: conflict resolution, investigations, policy
• Handle escalated investigations and conflict matters for HR Business Partners
• Drive implementation of new/updated H&M Group social policies, guidelines, frameworks
• Deliver local people relations plans aligned with global strategy and priorities
• Act on local legally needed adaptations of policies and standards
• Provide strategic and operational advice to local management and HR Business Line

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years Employee/People Relations experience (or equivalent HR education + ER experience)
• Knowledge of federal, state, local US employment laws and regulations
• Proven track record in developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures for
