📋 Description

• Define and lead fairness and bias-testing for AI People systems.
• Design audits: adverse-impact, subgroup, and intersectional tests.
• Evaluate end-to-end human-AI decision systems for equity.
• Build scalable fairness infrastructure, datasets, and pipelines.
• Translate findings into clear, decision-ready narratives for leaders.
• Partner with engineering, privacy, and legal to mitigate risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in algorithmic fairness or responsible AI.
• Strong research design, measurement, experiments, and causal inference.
• Hands-on with subgroup/intersectional analysis and adverse-impact tests.
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL with complex data.
• Experience building reproducible evaluation pipelines and testing.
• Advanced degree in quantitative field; PhD preferred but not required.
