📋 Description

• Design and run studies on employee experience and organizational health.
• Generate and test hypotheses on people programs using experiments.
• Conduct longitudinal studies tracking employee cohorts.
• Perform meta-analyses of people interventions.
• Employee listening and survey research: design, analyze, and iterate on listening surveys.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Org Behavior, Stats, Data Science, Economics, or related.
• Experience with experimental design, hypothesis testing, and longitudinal methods.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; collaboration with data engineers.
• Experience with survey design, psychometrics, and employee listening programs.
• Data visualization skills; tell compelling stories with findings.
• Excellent communication; able to influence stakeholders across levels.
