🎯 Requirements

Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, or related field
Experience with selection research, assessment validation, psychometrics, or funnel analytics
Proficient in SQL and Python/R with statistics or ML experience
Experience with data visualization and telling compelling stories with findings
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Thrive in ambiguity and balance rigor with pragmatism
