📋 Description

• Support employees and managers on people-related processes and ensure a positive service experience.
• Manage administrative people processes across the entire lifecycle, from hiring to contract changes
• Manage employee data and documents in our people systems and ensure high data quality.
• Reliably implement and document legal, collective bargaining, and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with People teams, Payroll, Labour Law, Data Protection, and other stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or comparable studies.
• Professional experience in personnel / HR.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and experience with collective agreements.
• Experience with HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, and ticketing platforms.
• Proficient in Office 365 and strong affinity for systems and technical processes.
• Excellent German and good English skills.
