📋 Description

• Join Deliveroo as People Services Advisor for UAE & Kuwait region.
• 6-month FTC in a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Dubai.
• Provide first-line HR support and administration for employees and managers.
• Own end-to-end HR operations and data integrity across the region.
• Support onboarding, visa processes, offboarding, and payroll preparation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven HR administration or People Services experience (ideally UAE).
• Strong UAE Labour Law knowledge and visa/sponsorship experience.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
• Excellent organizational and multi-channel query handling.
• Fluent English written and spoken; Arabic skills are a plus.
