📋 Description

• Support the implementation of company-wide initiatives, such as the engagement survey and
• Assist the development of internal processes and programs and revamp current employee programs
• Oversee and manage complex global mobility and immigration cases. Act as a consultant for the
• Work on the introduction of new policies for the region, as well as reviews of existing policies.
• Take the lead on key workstreams such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive, in partnership with
• Support Talent Development team with employee-facing training when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior experience in an HR role
• Extremely strong and consistent attention to detail and accuracy, completeness, and thoroughness of
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong service orientation to internal and/or external customers
• Experience guiding strategic thinking, planning, and decision-making aligned with company and team
• Professional maturity and discretion when dealing with sensitive data
