📋 Description

• Drive the People team's most important work across priorities, products, growth and emerging needs
• Lead the People team's international expansion program: set cross-functional governance and drive
• Own and scale Waymo's global workforce planning and location strategy, partnering with Finance and
• Distill complex, ambiguous growth challenges into clear problem statements, options and
• Navigate sensitive cross-functional issues with sound judgment and discretion, building alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams across geographies and time
• 12+ years of experience in People strategy or programs, corporate strategy, business operations, or
• Experience leading international expansion into highly regulated markets (e.g. entity setup
• Experience building workforce plans, headcount models or location strategies with Finance and
• Experience turning analysis into clear recommendations and narratives that move senior executives
• Track record of operating independently once the goal is clear: taking initiative, making
