🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR or People program management, business operations, go-to-market
• Experience leading large-scale change or transformation initiatives, from launch through adoption
• Experience turning quantitative and qualitative analysis into decisions and narratives that build
• Track record of operating independently once the goal is clear: taking initiative, making
• Experience moving work forward across many teams at any stage (shaping it, running it, or landing
