📋 Description

• Own U.S. recruiting operations, including hiring intake, interview process coordination, offers
• Manage remote-first onboarding from accepted offer through the first 90 days, including
• Process promotions, job changes, leaves, and other employee data updates in the HRIS, prepare
• Own offboarding activities, including exit documentation, exit conversations, access and equipment
• Serve as the primary HR owner for U.S., Japan, and European contractors, managing agreements
• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing thoughtful guidance within

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant HR Operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a People Success Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner
• Experience working in organizations of approximately 100–500 employees is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with U.S. benefits operations, including open enrollment, qualifying life
• Ability to participate in benefits selection and renewals, interpret plan changes, evaluate options
• Experience delivering manager training, facilitating virtual or in-person sessions, and supporting
