📋 Description

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Centerfield’s People technology ecosystem
  • Administer platforms including Rippling, Ashby, Fountain, Sana, HireRight, and future technologies
  • Oversee all employee lifecycle transactions (new hires, onboarding, promotions, transfers
  • Configure and maintain workflows, approvals, forms, templates, permissions, security roles, system
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, vendor management
  • Maintain accurate employee data across People systems

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, CIS or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience administering HRIS, People Systems, or HR Technology platforms
  • Experience with Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Fountain or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience with BI tools: Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, systems-thinking skills
