Bridge People Operations stakeholders with HR systems like ServiceNow HRSD and Ashby
Lead discovery, requirements, testing, and hypercare for system projects
Administer and support HR systems day-to-day; manage issues and enhancements
Improve processes using AI tools and maintain data governance

🎯 Requirements

4+ years as a business systems analyst in HR tech
Experience with HR system implementations in a global environment
Lead UAT and regression testing; plan cutovers and go-live support
Strong communication; translate business needs to technical specs
Ability to manage multiple projects with evolving priorities
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, Ashby or similar ATS, Workday HCM is a plus
