People Systems Architect

📋 Description

• Lead HR technology projects of varying complexity, including the annual compensation cycle
• Partner with People COEs and business stakeholders to identify process improvements, apply Workday
• Gather, clarify, and document business requirements; translate them into process designs
• Configure and optimize Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, security
• Manage testing by defining scenarios and use cases, developing test scripts, coordinating
• Create, maintain and support Workday reports. Ability to create dashboards utilizing Workday

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or
• 5-8 years of progressive Workday or HR technology experience, including significant hands-on
• Deep Workday configuration experience in at least three of the following areas: Absence, Benefits
• Hands-on experience with Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, reporting
• Experience supporting Workday releases, production issues, UAT, enhancement delivery, and
• Ability to understand how changes in one functional area affect connected processes, downstream
