📋 Description

• Execute mass data loads (EIBs) for org changes, regular uploads, annual cycles and corrections –
• Run the operational side of quarterly and annual cycles: performance, calibration, talent and
• Resolve escalated Workday tickets (tier 2) across modules – and fix the root causes, not just the
• Own structured testing for Workday releases and projects, plus our data retention and purging
• Implement Workday configuration improvements – starting with simpler changes and developing into

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years in HRIS, HR systems, HR operations or people analytics – Workday experience strongly
• Precision with data: you reconcile before you publish and keep an audit trail by instinct.
• Organised and calm during live cycles – structured, deadline-driven, dependable.
• A service mindset with curiosity: you resolve issues properly and spot patterns worth fixing.
• Clear, confident communication with both technical and business teams. Adept at training and
