People Systems & Insights Partner - Workday (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Execute mass data loads (EIBs) for org changes, regular uploads, annual cycles and corrections
• Run the operational side of quarterly and annual cycles: performance, calibration, talent and
• Resolve escalated Workday tickets (tier 2) across modules and fix root causes
• Own structured testing for Workday releases and projects, data retention and purging routines
• Implement Workday configuration improvements, from simpler changes to larger areas
• Support Workday report and dashboard improvements, ensuring security and clean data

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years in HRIS, HR systems, HR operations or people analytics; Workday experience strongly
• Precision with data: reconcile before publishing and keep audit trail
• Organised and calm during live cycles; structured, deadline-driven, dependable
• Service mindset with curiosity; resolve issues properly and spot patterns
• Clear communication with technical and business teams; adept at training
• Ambition to grow into a Workday specialist
