• Analyze, design, and improve end-to-end People processes.
• Redesign workflows to scale and reduce manual effort.
• Translate process improvements into system enhancements and automation.
• Own data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness across HRIS.
• Ensure reliable People infrastructure and lifecycle operations.
• Provide high-quality employee support and lifecycle management.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in People Operations/HR Shared Services in fast-growth.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset; end-to-end process design.
• Experience automating People/HR processes and tooling.
• Knowledge of HRIS (HiBob or similar) and data management.
• Experience supporting multi-country populations (US + Europe).
• Strong communication and service-oriented approach.
