📋 Description

• Lead global HR initiatives and projects impacting org structures, culture, and ways of working
• Manage cross-functional timelines, budgets, and risk to ensure initiatives are on time and within
• Steer HRIS implementation from vendor selection to migration and user testing with internal and
• Guide change management with targeted communications, trainings, and support for smooth transitions.
• Build automated, scalable HR data structures for audits and strategic decisions.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and comprehensive reports for stakeholders (Finance, Tax).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HR project management, People Operations, or general HR with 5+ years.
• Strong data mindset: analytics, reporting, and HR data architecture.
• Proven project management across departments and successful HRIS implementations.
• International collaboration across time zones, especially North America.
• Fluent German and English; ability to work in a multinational environment.
