📋 Description

• Partner with leaders across Europe and other global teams, providing practical, commercially
• Strengthen performance management practices and help managers establish clear expectations
• Guide leaders and employees through organisational change, transformation, consultation processes
• Support difficult people decisions and conversations, helping teams navigate uncertainty while
• Manage employee relations and employment compliance, taking ownership of German employment law
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across the organisation, including proactive sourcing, candidate

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in HR business partnering, people operations, or a comparable role
• Strong practical knowledge of German employment law, including employee relations, performance
• Demonstrated experience advising and supporting leaders through uncertainty, organisational
• A strong understanding of high-performance cultures and proven ability to help managers reinforce
• Hands-on talent acquisition experience, including direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and
• Professional working proficiency in German and strong written and spoken English, with the ability
