People & Talent Ops Specialist

📋 Description

• Own People reporting and analytics; dashboards on retention, attrition, engagement, and core KPIs; translate trends into actions.
• Partner with Talent to combine hiring data with People data for a lifecycle view.
• Run day-to-day operations of Lattice; support performance cycles and analyse data.
• Drive employee engagement by running surveys and implementing initiatives.
• Own accuracy of HRIS data; maintain records, generate reports, troubleshoot issues.
• Manage HR admin, compliance, benefits; support wellness, DEI, and learning initiatives.

• Built a report, analysis, or dashboard from a dataset and drew a conclusion.
• Kept a system or record accurate and up to date.
• Gained experience gathering feedback and turning it into a decision.
• Comfortable working carefully with data and spotting anomalies.
• Handled documentation or processes with rigour and detail.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills; able to juggle multiple tasks.
