• Leverage AI to optimize the hiring funnel and candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Hybrid background: 3+ years TA and 3+ years People Partner (Israel-US a plus).
• Strategic advisory: coach managers through performance cycles and structural changes.
• Recruitment mastery: build sophisticated sourcing engines; comfortable with AI tools.
• Operational depth: full lifecycle in Israel; local labor laws and HRIS.
• The Unit mindset: urgency and ownership; partner with managers to solve puzzles.
• Technical savvy: strong HRIS/ATS skills and AI-driven tooling.
