🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of administrative and/or operational support in a high speed People team
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organization development or related field or equivalent
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, culture, learning
• Experience coordinating large-scale corporate events or communications (e.g., all hands meetings
• Comfort utilizing AI tools and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day
