📋 Description

• Provide functional support and issue resolution across HR systems
• Perform system maintenance, updates, and improvements
• Partner with other teams to identify enhancements
• Support system and process changes across the employee lifecycle
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and HRIT across regions

🎯 Requirements

• 0+ years in HR, HR technology, or related fields
• Exposure to system implementations, integrations, or change initiatives
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or design thinking principles
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations
• Experience supporting global or multi-country environments
• Clear documentation and process-writing skills
