📋 Description

• Analyze existing payroll and benefits processes across multiple countries and identify
• Redesign and resolve business process issues involving payroll, benefits, and third-party or vendor
• Configure, enhance, and support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll and Benefits functionality.
• Analyze integration requirements and coordinate interfaces between PeopleSoft and external or
• Work closely with PeopleSoft developers, vendors, business users, and other stakeholders throughout
• Prepare detailed functional specifications, solution/design documents, test scripts, test

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience working with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Strong hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll and Benefits.
• Deep understanding of payroll processes, configurations, business requirements, and functional
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft integrations and third-party/vendor system integrations.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Experience delivering payroll implementations, transformations, enhancements, or production support
