PeopleSoft Platform Developer

📋 Description

• Design, configure, upgrade, and maintain enterprise PeopleSoft environments.
• Own PeopleTools platform operations, including upgrades and security configurations.
• Manage WebLogic, Tuxedo, application servers, and Process Scheduler.
• Administer Elasticsearch/OpenSearch used with PeopleSoft.
• Implement HA and disaster recovery for PeopleSoft environments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
• Strong experience performing PeopleTools upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
• Proven experience managing WebLogic, Tuxedo, PeopleSoft app servers, and Process Scheduler.
• Experience administering Elasticsearch or OpenSearch for PeopleSoft platforms.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Database administration.
