PER DIEM- Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services: individual, group, family therapy.
• Oversee daily clinical operations of the school program.
• Serve as primary clinical contact for school partners; align on student support strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for students.
• Facilitate weekly consultations on goals and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.

🎯 Requirements

• Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state where services are provided.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• 4+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs.
• Proficient with EMR and Microsoft Office; strong clinical documentation.
• Trauma-informed practices, risk assessments and crisis intervention.
• Excellent collaboration with families, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
