Perception & Fusion Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop AI/ML algorithms on the perception autonomy stack for sensor data.
• Create software to autonomously control sensors (EO, IR, acoustics, radar, RF).
• Collaborate across sensor, tracking, and autonomy teams for DoD demos.
• Deploy containerized solutions to embedded Linux devices; CI testing.
• Interact with DoD customers to capture use cases and triage needs.
• Drive simulation tooling to replay sensors and autonomy data in tests.

🎯 Requirements

• MS/PhD in EE/CE/Robotics/CS/Optimization or 5+ years sensor algorithm experience.
• Experience with multiple sensor modalities (EO, IR, lidar, radar, sonar).
• Experience training ML models (Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow) on integrated systems (ONNX/C++).
• Experience with state-of-the-art estimation, tracking, and fusion algorithms.
• Linux and Docker proficiency; remote software development; handling large datasets.
• U.S. citizen, eligible for security clearance; travel 10–20%; relocation assistance available.
