Performance Analyst

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to evaluate performance against WIOA performance
• Generate and maintain regular performance dashboards, trackers, and reports for internal staff
• Monitor data entry related to performance outcomes in WorkInTexas for accuracy, timeliness, and
• Track key performance benchmarks and identify gaps, risks, and areas needing corrective action.
• Support program staff to provide technical assistance on data entry, case documentation, outcome
• Support leadership in preparing for board, state, and federal monitoring visits, audits, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience analyzing data and producing reports.
• Experience conducting trainings on policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint user.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
