🎯 Requirements

• SQL and advanced Excel skills; experience with Looker for data viz.
• Strong statistics foundation: regression, significance testing, predictive modeling.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling; able to present to all audiences.
• Experience in People Analytics or HR Analytics or a related data role.
