📋 Description

• Design, implement, and scale company-wide performance programs.
• Build intuitive programs and manager training models with low lift.
• Collaborate with People Center of Excellence and business partners.
• Create repeatable, flexible manager training scalable across teams.
• Own selection and use of L&D platforms to deliver and report training.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Engineering to align with objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in people ops or HR program roles.
• Proven track record designing and scaling company-wide performance programs with manager training.
• Experience building tools to increase efficiency for leaders and employees.
• Strong program management and the ability to optimize processes and collect feedback.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and Centers of Excellence.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
