Own and lead the Boost performance management programme, including framework design
Facilitate and support site committees, acting as a strategic partner to committee leads and
Lead the end-to-end Insights engagement survey process, from planning and communications through to
Analyse performance and engagement data, producing insight reports and actionable recommendations
Partner with HR Business Partners, local leadership and site committees to drive high-performance
Design and deliver manager capability initiatives to support effective performance conversations
