📋 Description

• Own distribution performance analysis from KPIs to dashboards and strategy.
• Build dashboards and a single source of truth by product, vertical, partner, geography.
• Size and prioritize channels; build revenue models and go-to-market plans.
• Scope, run, and analyze experiments; turn insights into playbooks and roadmaps.
• Diagnose workflows and re-focus teams on high-ROI opportunities.
• Partner with resellers and internal teams across 40+ countries to scale revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• STEM/Engineering background is a must.
• 3–5 years in analytics, growth, or strategy in high-growth environments.
• Strong business acumen: connect data to revenue impact and defend a strategy.
• A sharp analytical toolkit: experimentation, funnel and cohort analysis, unit economics.
• SQL (basic) and track record of automated dashboards.
• Fluent English and Spanish; a third language is a plus.
