Performance and Strategy Associate

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end distribution data and performance analysis, defining key metrics, building
• Use SQL and BI platforms to build and automate dashboards by product, vertical, partner, geography
• Execute distribution plans across markets through channel sizing, prioritization, revenue modeling
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to meet performance expectations and scale
• Run experiments across channels (e.g., pricing, marketing investments) and translate insights into
• Diagnose and improve processes and reporting cadences to focus on high-ROI opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• STEM degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data)
• 3-5 years in analytics/growth/strategy roles in high-growth startups or corporate environments
• Advanced SQL (required)
• Experience with a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase
• Strong analytical toolkit
• Process-improvement oriented
