📋 Description

• Be the main owner end-to-end of distribution data & performance analysis from defining key
• Be hands-on with SQL and a BI platform (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) to build and

🎯 Requirements

• STEM degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data)
• 3–5 years in analytics/growth/strategy roles within high-growth startups or demanding corporate
• Advanced SQL (required) and one or more BI tools — e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase —
• Strong analytical toolkit
• Process-improvement oriented: you spot strengths and gaps in team ways of working and drive
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; you influence without authority and collaborate
