🎯 Requirements

2 years of managerial experience
For internal candidates - 2 years working experience as Performance Assessment Specialist or
Higher or incomplete higher education in Business Administration Management, Psychology, or another
Professional Working Proficiency in English written and verbal
Advanced level of computer skills
High sense of responsibility and commitment to get the job done
