• 4-6+ years HR/people experience with senior stakeholders.
• End-to-end design of performance review cycles.
• Behavioral focus: motivation, fairness, change in management.
• Strong analytics for calibration and data-driven narratives.
• Excellent decks and writing; leadership-ready.
• Assertive yet diplomatic with senior leaders; land decisions.
