• 4-6+ years HR/people experience with senior stakeholders.
• End-to-end performance review design, rollout, calibration.
• Behavioral focus in performance: motivation, fairness, change.
• Strong analytics: calibrations with comp teams; data narratives.
• Excellent decks and writing: leadership-ready.
• Assertive and diplomatic with senior stakeholders; move fast under pressure.
