📋 Description

• Own, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across advertising channels, creative assets
• Manage substantial paid media budgets, making data-driven investment and allocation decisions
• Monitor campaign performance, diagnose inefficiencies, identify growth opportunities, and implement
• Analyze key business metrics, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, marketing
• Connect advertising performance to overall business results, including revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Strong practical expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and
• Proven experience personally managing and scaling significant paid advertising budgets.
• Previous in-house or brand-side experience with DTC or eCommerce businesses is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of the eCommerce customer journey, including acquisition, conversion
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, particularly in CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin
