• Architect and maintain automated data pipelines with SQL and BI tools.

• Provide ad hoc and BAU reporting for pilots, experiments, and campaigns.
• Perform weekly/monthly deep-dive analytics on recovery rates and efficiency.
• Build forecasting models to estimate staffing needs from spend and trends.
• Create self-service dashboards for Site Directors to monitor performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Looker, Snowflake, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Generative AI (Gemini) for data synthesis and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking; translate data into business recommendations.
• Data visualization skills to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
