Performance Marketer

📋 Description

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and
• Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across targeting, audience
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve lead quality, conversion rates, ROAS, cost
• Manage campaign tracking and measurement systems, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel
• Identify and resolve tracking, attribution, and measurement issues to ensure reliable performance
• Manage e-commerce performance activities using Google Merchant Center, Shopify, product feeds

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital advertising, or a
• Previous experience working within an advertising agency or digital marketing agency environment is
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads, with experience
• Demonstrated understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, keyword management, bidding
• Experience working with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Conversion API, and
• Familiarity with e-commerce performance marketing, including Google Merchant Center, Shopify
