🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in performance marketing, growth, or demand gen, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Built new channels or programs from scratch and scaled them, not just optimized.
• You use AI, automation, and agents in your work today and build solutions rather than waiting to wire them up.
• Hands-on command of core paid channels: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing.
• You move fast, thrive in ambiguity, and expand your own scope.
• Analytical and experiment-driven; prefer in-house capability over external agencies.
