📋 Description

• Own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more channels
• Manage external paid media agencies and set performance expectations
• Build a roadmap to move activities in-house over time
• Optimize campaigns on targeting, bidding, and creative testing
• Lead Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Lead Meta advertising strategies (prospecting, retargeting, launches)

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in paid/performance marketing
• Hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience managing external agencies with accountability
• Strong analytics focused on revenue and efficiency
• Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Experience building paid media strategies and scalable processes
