📋 Description

  • Run paid acquisition for Salmon products across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels.
  • Involve in creative production - generate concepts and collect references.
  • Own paid growth end-to-end: choose channels, creatives, funnels, and own results.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, web/SEO, and analytics teams on campaigns.
  • Maintain structured experiment tracking to compound learnings.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing, ideally fintech or digital services.
  • Hands-on Meta ads as primary channel; plus Google/TikTok/Reddit ads.
  • Experience promoting mobile apps, including web-to-app (W2A).
  • Continuous test loop: hypotheses, ship variants, analyze data.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, analytics tools.
  • Hands-on with Google Analytics, Tableau, AppsFlyer (or similar).
